Jay Angel

I think did well with my proportion of my face and making everything similarly to my actual face. I created this portrait with a mirror. Something I really focused on while making this portrait was my shading and line quality, I knew that would help show the similarity in my face and show more value to the drawing. I was inspired by seeing some other examples from my classmates of how they showed their face structure by the shade and the platform of their bone with a highlight. I think it turned out well for being my first self-portrait and I really think
I could have spent more time making my hair more detailed and toned.
